Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 365 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 365 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within 365 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

Refunds will be issued exclusively in the form of store credit vouchers for our online shop. If a case is opened through Klarna or PayPal, any resulting costs may be pursued through debt collection procedures.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than within 365 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 365-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
